After seeing such huge success with their restaurant - Smith & Daughters, in July 2015, Shannon and Mo opened another Fitzroy foodie paradise - Smith & Deli, an all vegan convenience store and deli.

Across the 7 chapters, Shannon and Mo bring you recipes from the line-out-the-door popular Smith & Deli.
The book features recipes such as: German potato salad, Vietnamese slaw, Smoky potato and leek soup, Brownies, Doughnuts, Pretzels, Mac and cheese, Cheesy broccoli and cauliflower pie and many other basics.
The book will also fill you in on the Smith & Deli story, and introduce you to the people who, along with Shannon and Mo, make it happen.
The deli has a very different vibe from the Smith & Daughters restaurant, and this is reflected in the book. You can expect a more home-cooked feel with all of your favourites made vegan!
